Rob has a deep background in social media, display advertising, data and research. He started the advertising team at LinkedIn as its general manager of advertising in 2006. Before LinkedIn, Rob built up NexTag’s display advertising lead generation business to become a top 5 US online advertiser. As a research analyst at Nielsen//NetRatings and Jupiter Research, he helped guide media and commerce strategies for some of the Internet’s biggest brands and advertisers.
David leads the technology team and oversees product development and platform infrastructure. David was previously Chief Architect at Consorte Media. Prior to Consorte Media, David worked as a technical lead at Root Markets, where he designed and implemented web applications for the company’s lead generation exchange platform, and built adserving and conversion optimization systems.
Patrick has extensive experience building internet businesses in a variety of leadership roles. Prior to joining Optimal Inc., Patrick was Senior Vice President and Managing Director at TBG Digital, where he built and managed the North American sales and operations teams. Patrick also co-founded Incentive Networks (formerly known as Loyalty Ventures), which was eventually sold to Webloyalty, Inc. in July 2008.
Jamie is leading the real-time bidding and analytics technology team. Jamie was a founding member and Chief Technology Officer at Strategic Imperatives, a successful telecommunications startup in the UK. Prior to Strategic Imperatives, Jamie led the team that put together self service platform for 3 mobile’s 3 million users in the UK. Jamie was the technology lead for Zawya.com who are a leading provider of financial news in the Middle East.
Jonathan leads optim.al’s world-class product and client services teams. Prior to Optimal, Jonathan directed operations and was a founding member of 5:1, a premium display network acquired by Yahoo!. Jonathan is a product and operations expert with a track record of building successful online media companies. His first start-up – GoodStorm, where he was VP of Product – was acquired by Zazzle in 2007.
Anthony leads the company’s East Coast business development. He has 12 years experience in technology sales, from Sydney to London and now New York. Prior to Optimal, Anthony co-founded a global B2B digital agency and most recently was VP, Sales at a leading social media analytics company.
Sasha is evangelizing a smarter, more efficient way to buy media and utilize audience data on Facebook and across the web. At Dow Jones & Company and later NexTag.com, Sasha generated millions of dollars in new business from major brands, digital ad agencies, professional services firms, startups and private equity investors. He’s sold software, online advertising, event sponsorships, and conference tickets to customers on every continent. Sasha began his career at Silicon Graphics, Inc.
