Optimal, Inc. released today the list of the top performing brands in the Optimal Index for November 2012, ringing in the Holiday advertising season.
The Optimal Index currently covers over 7,400 brands and provides a consistent, comprehensive benchmark for brands to measure the effectiveness of their social media presence. Updated daily, the Optimal Index formula is calculated using a variety of metrics, including engagement ratios (People Talking about This divided by total fans) and global fan distribution (via the global CPC metric- fans in the US on average tend to be more valuable to a brand than many other countries, for example).… Read More »
